Colson Kelly, also known as Machine Gun Kelly is best recognized for his unique style he uses to rap. Baker was born in Houston Texas, U.S. on the 22nd of April 1990 to parents who were of English Scottish German descent. Both of his parents were missionaries. in his early years, Baker traveled extensively along with them. James Colson Baker suffered from depression, and was unemployed while Sonia Alane abandoned them at the age of nine. Following that Baker and his father relocated to Denver in the area where they stayed with his aunt, who was his father's. Baker's lack of resources was a reason for the bullying of children around him. In sixth grade, he started to take rap music as a form of entertainment. Colson Baker, better known in the form of Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on April 22, 1990. The rapper is most well-known for his hip hop infused with rock and modern alternative. Prior to joining Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes from 2007 to 2010. Then in the latter half of 2011, this Cleveland rapper became a star following his transition from self-releasing his mixtapes, to working for reputed label labels. In the following years, each album of his was ranked at the top of the charts.
